Leadership Coaching · Munich & online

The strength that got you promoted is quietly the thing holding your team back.

Total self-reliance. Keeping everyone happy. Relentless attention to detail. Brilliant for the job you were promoted out of, and a liability the moment the work becomes other people.

Sound familiar?
Your direct report is underperforming, and you don’t know how to talk to them yet.
You keep taking the task back, because delegating still feels slower than doing it yourself.
Your team looks engaged in the meeting, and checks out everywhere else.

Nobody learns to delegate under pressure. They just become a bottleneck with a bigger title.

In the room

We build the leadership underneath the job.

Influencing, delegating, motivating, holding people to account — none of it arrives with the promotion. It gets built, deliberately, from the inside out. We start by finding the specific strength that’s quietly become a limit, then build the capacity beneath it. Grounded in accredited coaching, a psychology background, and years of leading across cultures that never came with a manual.

In their words

What people take from it.

Before coaching I was on autopilot. Through the sessions with Sara, I saw how much room I still had to grow, and it renewed my energy and my sense of what I can achieve.

— Josefina T., Team Lead

I came in without a clear sense of what I was looking for and I was in a difficult place professionally. I left significantly clearer about my path, with the concrete next actions I’d been struggling to find on my own.

— David D., Founder
Before you ask

The practical bits.

Can my organisation sponsor this for me or my team members?
Yes. This kind of coaching is often reimbursed by your organisation — especially if there’s a learning and development budget, it is well worth asking. Where a company is involved, we agree an agenda together so the aim is clear, without the sessions ever becoming a report card.
How is leadership coaching different from your 1:1 coaching?
It is the same depth of work through a different door. One-to-one coaching tends to start with you as a person, whereas leadership coaching starts with the job of leading other people and works back to the person underneath it.
Do you work in person or remotely?
Either works well. It runs one to one, in person in Munich or online from anywhere, and plenty of people mix the two depending on the week.
What does this actually change?
A team’s outcomes trace back more to whether the person leading it has done this work than to anything on the strategy slide. Building that capacity in the leader is exactly what we are after.
Shall we begin?

Book a chat. That’s the whole of step one.

One honest conversation tends to move something. A knot loosens, the thing finally gets named, the next step stops hiding. This first one’s free, and worst case, you leave with more clarity than you came in with.
