Workshops & Lunch and Learns · For teams

A room safe enough to be honest in. Light enough that nobody feels tested.

Most teams already know how to perform for each other. What’s harder to build is a space where the performance can actually drop.

Not another icebreaker

The careful answer. The professional voice. The quick read of the room before anyone says anything real. Two truths and a lie was never going to touch that.

Play gets the guard down. Safety means what surfaces can actually be worked with.

In the room

Built with art and creative methods, on real psychological ground.

The play is what lowers people’s guard enough for something honest to surface. The psychological grounding is what lets it be worked with rather than laughed off and forgotten by the next meeting. Neither does much alone: play without safety stays on the surface, and safety without lightness feels too heavy to walk into. Good for a specific tension a team’s been circling, a single session at an offsite, or a lower-commitment way to see what working together feels like.

In their words

What people take from it.

Sara led a Lunch & Learn for our team and created a warm, welcoming space that got people connecting, contributing and taking away tools they could use right away. Engaging, relevant and genuinely practical.

— Daniela Ricciardi, L&D, Eurowag

Sara’s work challenges the traditional boundaries in L&D, digging into the real problems, with deep care for the people she works with and a high standard every time.

Before you ask

The practical bits.

Is a workshop a good way to start working with you?
Often, yes. It’s a lower-commitment way to feel what working with me is actually like before committing to anything longer, and plenty of teams begin exactly here.
How long does a session usually run?
It depends on the format, but a session usually starts from around 120 minutes, and can run longer for a full workshop or an offsite. We shape it around the time you have.
What can a session be about?
It can be team building for a group that’s just come together, a specific tension your team has been circling without naming, an offsite that needs more than a talk, or simply a reset that gets people being honest with each other again.
Do you run these in person or remotely?
Both. In person tends to build the most warmth, but online works well too, so we’ll pick whatever suits your team.
Shall we begin?

Book a chat. That’s the whole of step one.

One honest conversation tends to move something. A knot loosens, the thing finally gets named, the next step stops hiding. This first one’s free, and worst case, you leave with more clarity than you came in with.
