About Me
I learned about the in-between early, sitting with my grandmother through the kind of losses a mother should never face, learning that you cannot fix those moments. You can only be present in them, with all your feelings, without pretending you know how it ends.
That understanding has stayed with me through everything that followed: moving countries alone at eighteen, years of finding my footing in a language and a culture that wasn’t mine, moments where life asked more of me than I felt I had. Each time I found my way through, not by having the right answers, but by taking a direction, seeing what it showed me, and recalibrating.
Coaching didn’t give me a profession. It gave me back myself, less rigid, more alive. That transformation is what I now help others find.
My Coaching Approach
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: that you already have what it takes to lead your own life. Not perfectly. Not without doubt. But with enough courage to be who you actually are, and enough trust in yourself to keep moving, even without a map.
My work is grounded in psychology and informed by Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Transactional Analysis, and Positive Psychology. A space where you don't have to have it figured out. Where the discomfort you've been carrying is met with curiosity rather than judgement. Where you can begin, slowly, to trust yourself again.
I work with people who are lost or overwhelmed. Sometimes scared of losing. Asking who am I, because life has put something in front of them that means the old answers don't work anymore. They are open to doing the work. And they are beginning to realise that what got them here won't get them through this.
If that is you, I would like to sit with you in it.
I work in English, Albanian, and German.

The Reflective Circle
Peer support group | Monthly | 6 months
A small confidential space for people navigating leadership not as a title, but as the daily practice of showing up, making decisions, and holding responsibility while remaining human. Once a month, you bring what’s real. Together you reflect, gain perspective, and find your own steadiness.
For organisations & events
Workshops | Talks | Team sessions
For organisations and events looking for something that goes beyond the surface, that stays with people after the room empties. I speak and work on themes of self-leadership, psychological safety, navigating change, identity, belonging, and the courage to show up authentically.

Testimonials
I would strongly recommend Sara to anyone who wants a coach that helps them reflect and challenge their thinking. I felt heard, I felt seen, I felt empowered to think about myself in different ways and supported to look for solutions that would make me progress. Because of her background in both coaching and therapy, the insights and reflections were very nuanced and helpful. I left our sessions with clarity and confidence about how to approach what I was working on. We made lots of progress and I am extremely grateful and thankful for her help and her reflections. I really think Sara is extremely qualified for this kind of work.
Since the first session, Sara made me feel safe and comfortable to open up with her. Very soon I was sharing topics that I did not imagine talking about and I am extremely glad I did! In each coaching session, she helped me to see a different perspective while always remaining professional. I leave the sessions feeling more clear, uplifted and even more important for me, relieved to let out my emotions in a safe and confidential space. Her combined approach of coaching and psychologist really hits the spot everytime, making her a great listener and professional! I seriously couldn't recommend her enough.
What stands out most about working with Sara is how quickly she adapts to whatever I bring to a session. She listens closely and reflects things back in a way that helps me understand my own situation more clearly. She also has a knack for drawing connections between topics from different sessions that I wouldn't have made on my own, which has been really valuable. The coaching feels genuinely tailored to my needs. Sara takes the time to understand how she can best support me, and I always leave with a concrete plan and clear next steps. There's also a sense of safety in the sessions that makes it easy to open up about more personal things, which I think is what makes the work meaningful. I'd readily recommend Sara's coaching to anyone looking for support that is focused, thoughtful and personal.
Before the coaching sessions, I felt like I was on autopilot in my job. Even though I love my work, I couldn't envision future growth opportunities, especially without additional support. Through my conversations with Sara, I realized there are still areas where I can develop, which has renewed my excitement and energy. Now, I feel motivated knowing the high potential I have to achieve the new goals we've set. Sara is amazing. I wish these sessions were covered by my company during working hours and available to every Lingodie who needs them. I think we often don’t realize we need this kind of guidance until we’re in the first session, feeling eager to continue growing with such a great coach like Sara.
I joined Sara's coaching without a clear sense of what I was looking for. I was in a difficult place professionally and was simply curious whether coaching might help. What I didn't expect was just how quickly Sara would put me at ease. From the very first chemistry session, her listening skills and empathy stood out; she had a real ability to draw out what I was feeling and make me feel genuinely understood. The sessions brought me clarity of direction, something I'd been struggling to find on my own. Sara was fantastic at listening, engaging with my situation, and helping me identify concrete next actions. I left feeling significantly clearer about my path forward.
The coaching sessions leave me with a profound sense of accomplishment, and the Sara's adept questioning techniques have helped me gain clarity on my projects. Her insightful observations add valuable perspective to the process, making the experience truly beneficial and appreciated.
I had so many psychologists, and read so many books about coaching but Sara is the first one who can literally see through me. She encourages me, but also challenges me every session. I am so so so grateful that Lingoda could provide us the opportunity to work with her. I hope with whole my heart that Sara can continue with this coaching offer for longer, and also support many other people at Lingoda.
