Programmes · Leadership development

Most people are promoted into a role long before they’ve grown into the person it needs.

For leaders still finding their style, at every level. Built for the group actually in the room.

The gap

The title lands overnight. The instincts take a lot longer. Most organisations move on before that space has closed.

Nobody changes how they lead because a slide told them to. They change because something in the room landed.

In the room

Designed around your actual people, not a template.

I come from Learning & Development as well as coaching and psychology, so each programme is built around the specific group in front of me. That often means art and experiential methods, like asking a room of leaders to sketch the team dynamic they actually feel rather than the one on the org chart. It’s what keeps people genuinely in it, so the learning still shapes how they work weeks later. Some organisations bring me in for a single cohort through a defined transition; others come back to the same group across several months.

What people take from it.

Sara’s work challenges the traditional boundaries in L&D, digging into the real problems, with deep care for the people she works with and a high standard every time.

Before you ask

The practical bits.

Do you run one-off programmes or ongoing ones?
Both. Some organisations bring me in for a single cohort through a specific transition, and others build an ongoing relationship, returning to the same group over several months as things evolve.
What makes a leadership programme actually stick?
I’ve spent my career working with leaders, from VC-backed founders to the learning and development world, and I researched exactly what makes leadership programmes last as part of my master’s thesis. So each one is built around the real group and uses experiential methods that keep shaping how people lead weeks later, rather than fading by the following Monday.
Who are these programmes for?
Leaders at every level, from someone stepping into their first management role to those who’ve been leading for years and want to lead differently.
Do programmes run in person or remotely?
Both work well. I run them on-site or online, depending on where your people are and what suits the group.

One honest conversation tends to move something. A knot loosens, the thing finally gets named, the next step stops hiding. This first one’s free, and worst case, you leave with more clarity than you came in with.
